I do custom PC builds, repairs, upgrades, tutoring, software installation, home theater installation, running new coax cable for satellite and cable services, wall drops, installation/configuration of cable, satellite, DSL and dial-up internet services, home theater systems, routers, wired and wireless networks, surround sound, etc.

My prices are negotiable. We can come to an agreement on a set price. I am not here to gouge you, I am here to help you. When I perform a service for you, I will show you step by step how to perform the tasks so you will be educated on how to do this personally in the future.

I do however "require" either Cash or money orders from my customers, I do not accept any type of check, as there have been times in the not so distant past where a customer wrote me a check for my services, and cancelled the check before I got to the bank.

A. Take your time, look around compare prices and pay close attention to attitude and personality, No one wants to hire a jerk or someone that has a bad attitude.

Someone being rude is the first sign of trouble, do not deal with rude service providers.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Know what issues you are having, such as, My Computer will not power on, or, my computer is very slow, knowing the simple things at first will help in diagnosing an issue, maybe over the phone.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Because I take the time to do things the correct way, I do not rush, but at the same time, work as safely & efficiently as I can to insure the customer gets a great price for a great job.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Because I am free to work for myself, and do not have to worry about corporate B.S

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. This varies with each customer as anyone should know.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. The particular job described below, the customers Grandfather came into the area of the house where I was working completely naked, smoking a cigar and sat in a chair and watched me for about 5 minutes, I informed the man that I would have to stop working and leave if he did not properly dress him self, Soon after a lady came into the room apologizing, the man was an Alzheimer patient and he had escaped from his room.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. Exactly what has to be done step by step so they could understand the complexity.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. nstalled new cable for satellite TV connections, In ceiling speaker system, PA / Stereo/ CD / blue ray system / X-Box 360 access through out an entire home, in every (5) bedroom, (3) bathroom, kitchen, garage, den, family room, Game room. Home was 4700 Sq Feet.

Very cramped attic space and hard to get to walls.

The customer wanted all wires to be concealed into the walls, with no wires showing at all.

This involved my starting at the point where the Satellite was to be mounted, running the cable into the attic, Laying out the cable / wires in the attic first off, Splicing the Cable / wires together with splitters etc so it would allow me to run the cable / wires to each part of the house, Drilling 2" holes in the headers that would allow me to insert the cable / wires into the wall, Cutting a small hole into each rooms wall to install a outlet for the satellite / stereo / X-Box / PA connections.

This Job took me approximately 4 days, 9 hours each day.

This job was totaled at $4700.00, the reason for this price was that I had to work around the customers schedule, stop and wait outside when they had to go some where and wait for them to come back, as well as running this many wires into the attic & walls is not an easy task, it take concentration and good planning to make the job safe, look as neat and professional as possible.

I could not enter the home except for via the back door, The customer was very picky and I accommodated them to the best of my ability.

Summary of installation:

All wiring for the following was concealed into the walls.

In ceiling speaker system, PA system, Satellite TV Connections, Stereo, CD / Blue Ray & X-Box 360 access into 13 rooms total.
