Never hire Alex Espinal. We sued him for three jobs after our home sustained severe water and hail damage. He replaced our soffits, which went well. Then after collecting the balance of the agreed-upon amount, he never came back to finish the other jobs (fence repair; ceiling repair; shed repair). That was almost a year ago. I am pursuing a legal judgment against Handyman Alex. Learn from my mistake-- hire someone else.
