Introduction: At JnM Renovations, we take care to provide our customers high-quality services personalized for their unique needs. We are available to take your order Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We can be available for weekend emergencies, if needed. We provide a variety of services, including the following: * Custom woodworking * Flooring (tile, wood, and vinyl) * Custom countertops (tile and concrete) * Light electrical and plumbing (noncertified) * Painting and minor drywall repair * Door/window installation * Refinishing (woodwork, cabinetry, etc.) * Fencing (chain link, wooden slat, etc.) * Landscaping (patio build-outs, flowerbeds, etc.) For general handyman labor, we start at $40/hour, with a minimum of 2 hours -- office desks, entertainment centers, mantles, bookshelves, vanities, tables, custom closets, etc. Custom countertops: Get a classy look without the classy prices. Get a custom tile and concrete countertops. Yes, that's right, concrete countertops -- the modern look of granite at over half the cost. We can also do laminate. Flooring (tile, wood, and laminate): Prices include demo and will vary depending on the product installed, i.e., no hidden costs.
