Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. It's not necessary to pay hundreds of dollars to have your computer repaired. Most companies charge over $100 to remove a virus. A virus can be removed in under an hour for which we charge a hourly rate of $60.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I love everything about my job. I've been a geek since I got my first computer back in 1998 and haven't stopped learning the new technology as it progresses.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. It all started by repairing the computers for my family and friends. After doing it for so long, I decided I loved it so much that I wanted to go into business for myself.
