- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do post an hourly rate but some customers had rather pay and agreed amount for bigger jobs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Walk through so we both know what I’m supposed to do and how they want the finish product to be and write up an agreement so we both know what expectations are and schedule a start and finish date..
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduate from temple university grew up on a farm in South Georgia so have always had to fix and repair my own stuff. Also have built two new houses and starting the third and hopefully the last. Have done at least three full remodels a year for the past four years.
