John Perez completed installation of a bathroom exhaust fan for me very quickly, efficiently and affordably- despite the difficulty my older (1939) home always has with change. Mr. Perez provided a very realistic analysis of job required, adaptations needed, total cost and any potential issues that could arise. I had input from a contractor and another electrician and Perez was by far the most efficient and cost-effective. Definitely will call for future projects/ electrical work- thank you!!
