Introduction: My main source of inspiration and motivation with my art is my own personal life experiences. Our society has become so desensitized to the fact that there are so many hurting people. I believe that the world needs to be infused with Love once again. I feel that no matter how old or young you are, we all have something to contribute to society. As it pertains to me, the giving back through motivation, inspiration and love for people that is embraced through my art. I've always been interested in the art of photography and hyperrealism, and I intertwine these things in my art. My paintings are a combination of mixed media that involve acrylics and collage elements. Texture is created through various components such as fabric, buttons, and jewelry that are very important aspects of my work. I believe that these elements are essential in order for each painting to have a very profound and compelling presence as it relates to the human experience. My art merges contemporary art, motivational aspects, and various world issues. I incorporate natural elements such as trees, butterflies and floral patterns and a collection of text. The choice of text is used because words are as plain and straight forward in the aspect of relaying any message. My love for quotes, poems and motivational cliches have a huge impact on my work. Feminine beauty and self-portraiture are vitally important because what can be more beautiful than the human form, we are all of Gods creations!
