- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advise is make sure you compare apples to apples do not just look at the final price. See what the company with the lowest price is giving you exactly, what type of shingles, always ask where they get the shingles. Beware of seconds. What type of felt? What type of roof jacks? etc. Customers need to educate themselves.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Not all roofing companies are equal. We have give you roof jacks that have galvanized steel for $10, other companies may give you plastic roof jacks for $5. People just look at the final price, instead of compare apples to apples, What will you be getting exactly. People need to be educated to make the right choices.
