- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We usually charge per square foot.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) We trade info. and talk about the project by phone. 2) We schedule a time to meet at the project or if the potential client has building plans we ask for an email copy. 3) We will draw up and estimate and summit it to the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are continually taking courses to better our knowledge about our business.
