I clean residential homes, new construction, move-outs, and business places. I do basic deep cleaning such as dusting, cleaning floors (do not do buffing of floors or shampooing; just sweep, mop and vacuum), clean entire kitchen and bathrooms, take out trash and put it in your outside garbage can, change sheets on beds, and light dishes and some light laundry.
My past customers have always loved the result of my cleaning. I leave the place clean and shiny.

A. Mostly residential but I have done offices too. Few move outs but not much.

A. Always discuss what you want and how often you want it done. Leave a note if there is any changes in the cleaning desired that visit. This makes the job go smooth.
