Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Look for a long vested company in your area with many refrences of the type of work your wanting to have done, always check out there insurance company to be sure they are covered with the proper amounts to cover your house in full if a accident may happen. Ask many questions and get the answers your looking for before you hire them. be sure that all there employes have went through a background check and be able to prove it .

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. A family loses there home to fire in Pearland , Tx .
We talked to the owners many times about there loss and found out there insurance company was not going cover there complete loss leaving them with fear they wouldn't be able to rebuild as many contractors were way to high to complete the full project. We did a full and professional estimate of the damage and came up with a way to not only build there home back as it was but to make it much larger and give them what a home is really for , larger kitchen , custom cabinets , larger master bath , higher ceilings , every upgrade for energy , tankless hot water tank,high energy windows & doors, double the insulation rating,full tile & engineered real wood floors through out , fire safety equipment, lifetime exterior siding and paint , full brick & stone exterior , James Hardie 50 yr guarantee on overhang , 30 yr on roofing, full 10 yr labor & material on HVAC system.
