- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we look at all projects in general , and come up with a sq/ft. cost / labor , material , permitting and design drawings & windstorm specs .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with customer on time , gather there needs and get all information for there project , do a job scope , make options for pricing , give several references relating to type of project , show pictures of projects , Give customer the best pricing , supply all drawings and permits if required . give customer updates on all job progression and cover all materials to be used for project . Most of all keeping the project budget in or under contract price and keeping the customer happy at all phases of project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
apprentice 4 years in electrical , plumbing , structural and engineering , windstorm and 24 years of general contracting .
