A. My work is all custom. Every home is different from age to the quality of upkeep. The owner sets there home apart from everyone else and is unique. My work is meant to last not a band-aid type approach.

A. A refurb / remodel job always takes longer as there is time and effort just getting to the point where construction can begin. The tear out process is just that, a process to preserve the existing while making way for the new.
