It is truly "the hardest workout you will ever love." Each workout is a unique combination of cardio, strength, stamina and agility exercises. However, it is the instructor that makes all the difference. Susan has an intuitive sense of what you are capable of and demands that everyone embrace his/her personal strengths and utilize them to the best of their abilities. She believes in you more than you believe in yourself and helps you push past mental barriers resulting in a transformation both inside and out. You will walk away feeling stronger, energized and empowered
