I have a very diversified background. My primary background is in office administration and customer service. I am very good at quickly learning and being proficient at performing my job.

I go about doing my job with a professionalism that is motivated by pride in what I do, and a work habit that has old-school value.

I am good with people, understanding their frustration with problems they are having with service, products and general overall people's lack of concern with helping them. I go about my business with the mindset that I am them myself at times. I am the one on the other end of the phone, on the other side of the counter.

I also have acquired skills over the years through temporary and day-labor work in painting, carpentry, tape and floating, and other construction and general labor.

What separates me from most others in today's workplace is something that was instilled in me as a child. You have to give to the employer what he is paying you for. Whether you like what you're doing or not, that's what you're being paid to do. And, if you clock in to do that job, that employer deserves your best until you clock out.
