Introduction: I am a personal trainer for hire. I currently train clients at the Metroflex Gym in Plano, but I am willing to travel if need be.
I work with all ranges of clients, from the average Joe who want to get in the best shape of his life to the competitive bodybuilder or athlete.
All programs are made specifically for the individual, including food guidelines. I also do online training.
