Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Make sure you are comfortable with your trainer. They must have your best interest at heart.
You should be the focus of attention.
You should understand why you are doing every aspect of your workout and nutrition plan.
You should be motivated, not talked down to.
I am working for you, not the other way around.
You have every right to ask any question you want, there are no stupid questions.
You should have a reachable goal to work towards.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Weight loss is 80% nutrition 20% exercise. Overall health, however, is 50/50.
You can't work out a bad diet!
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. What is expected of me?
Are you flexible?
Do you promise more than you can deliver?
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. Just make sure you are committed. If you are committed, you will have success! Nobody is perfect. If you fall off the wagon, just make sure you haven't fallen so far you can't get back on!
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I don't know a single trainer in the Dallas area who has been through the adversity in weight loss that I've been through. If anyone understands the struggle with weight, it's me. I was morbidly obese until the age of 38, when I decided to take control of my life. You owe it to yourself to quit the cycle of self abuse and treat you like the special person you are! Then go out an help change others!
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Without question, it's helping others! I may have lost 300 pounds, but it means NOTHING if you don't see how it can help you! Use me for motivation and accountability!
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Isn't this a luxury? How can I afford it or make the time to work out?
It's not a luxury if you have your priorities in order. Think about your food bill for eating out. Most people can afford my services by just limiting their eating out and junk food purchases with no problem!
I also go over a daily schedule with my clients to find time for their workout. All it takes is a little planning and commitment!
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. After losing over 300 pounds, I decided to improve people's lives so they can feel as great as I do!
Everyone deserves to feel good about themselves!
Q. If you have a complicated pricing system for your service, please give all the details here.
A. My prices vary depending on what you need. It is cheaper per session to pay for a month. You may also pay a session at a time!
1 hour sessions range between $40 and $65
I also offer 30 minute sessions. Prices range from $25 to $35.
If you have another person who will work out with you, it will be cheaper for each person. No more than 2 people at a time.
I am available at any time! As long as I'm not scheduled with another client, I'm available!
Q. What is your greatest strength?
A. If you are trying to lose weight, I've been there! After losing 300 pounds, I understand how hard it is to change. My knowledge can from living it. I want to pass that on to you!
