- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
NO SURPRISE PEAK PRICING. Right now, I don't charge a premium for weekends, holidays or extra pets - and also grandfather in your initial rate! I also don't charge extra for special needs (ie, dog needs to be carried down stairs, medicines, etc.). I focus on YOUR pet and am respectful of your property, your pet's schedule and don't deviate from feeding requirements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to have a FaceTime or Zoom meeting with a potential client to know what they're looking for and make sure I'm able to provide for all client's needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mother, step-mother, Auntie, pet parent, homeowner, manager. Or I should just say, "Mother to a tween" and that would suffice...
