We are very pleased with the quality and flexibility of services offered by Streamline Swim. We like that we can pick up a private swim lesson on the fly when we have free time, or schedule a series of lessons. We also like the wide availability of lesson times offered throughout the week and weekend. It’s really nice to have Streamline Swim work around our schedule. We have so much going on that it’s hard to commit to a specific weekly time for a lesson, and our schedule changes frequently. Streamline Swim solves that problem. Additionally, we can choose a short 30 minute lesson or longer lesson. We had a rare free Sunday afternoon so we choose a 60 minute lesson. The instructor was prompt, professional, and great with my five year old. My daughter enjoyed the lesson and wants to take more. It’s been a great experience so far. Streamline is responsive and communicative. You cannot ask for greater value than the scheduling convenience and availability offered by Streamline Swim when you have a busy and complicated schedule.

Our experience has been great with both the office and our instructor. The office always responds quickly. Recently I decided to change from 45 minute sessions to 30 minutes until my grandson starts working on endurance, as the pool we choose to use is cooler than most. The website didn't have a way to change prepaid sessions but they immediately got it done for me. I also like that I can freely schedule the lessons when we are available as opposed to all lessons being in the same day and time. I just look at the instructor's availability and pick a time that works for us. Our instructor is David. He is awesome with my grandson. He encourages him, he shows him how to do things, he shows him what he's doing as opposed to what needs to be done in a positive way! I see a lot of high fives and smiles between them. He is definitely progressing quickly. My grandson is not afraid of the water and I know that is part of why his progress good but I also know it's more than that. My grandson has ADHD, autism, and a stutter. When he is with David he has confidence, and listens very well. He doesn't always get it right but when he doesn't he gets positive feedback. If it's a harder area for him, David will change what he is teaching so that he never gets frustrated. David will return back to it later in the session or wait until their next lesson. He always gets positive reinforcement.

I really enjoy working with Josh! He has a really calming spirit which really helps me to relax. When I first started to swim at Streamline, I could barely float and was exhausted. However, with Josh's help I was able to grow more and more comfortable in the water. I greatly improved my technique and accomplished my goals of floating and swimming some under water. I'm also learning some basic strokes. I now feel more comfident and am so happy I signed up.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have "in season" prices during the months of May-August and "off season" prices during the months of September-April. We are able to service kids-adults starting at age 4+ during the "in season" months and will transition into young adults-adults starting at age 13+ with indoor pool options at our gym pool.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have a scheduled phone/consultation call to best tailor which instructor is the best fit for the clients swimming needs. We discuss their strengths, weaknesses, backgrounds in swimming, if the client has a pool location for our travel swim instructor to travel to or will need a pool, and discuss availability with the instructors and pricing with our owners, Taylor and Josh Nichols.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CPR Certified through Red Cross Lifeguard scanning Water Safety Instructor Minimum of 5 years of experience
