Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Make sure your pet care provider is bonded, insured, Pet First Aid and CPR certified. Make sure they have an emergency backup plan. Make sure they have references.
Make sure you and your pet are comfortable being left with the provider. Make sure your pet care provider gives you daily updates, if desired and can be contacted while you are away.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. We are professionals. We are not a hobby pet care service company. We do this because we love it but do it as a business. We take our fur clients well being serious even though most people do not think playing with dogs or cats is serious. We want to give your pet the best possible care as you would.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We use our gloved hands. We limit the chances of cross contamination due to improperly cleaned tools. We disinfect and sanitize our shoes before and after each client. We are bonded and insured. Family owned and family operated.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I enjoy being my own boss. I enjoy being able to spend time with your furkids. I enjoy waking up in the morning to go spend time with our clients. I love to see all the wonderful antics they have planned for us for the day..

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. How can you pick up poop?

Dog poop to us is like picking up after our kids. We have strong stomachs. We enjoy being outside even if the weather isn't perfect. We enjoy getting to play with our four legged clients if they are outside.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. We recently had a client come to town to visit his parents with his 'firls'. He decided to leave to go out of the country. He found our site and called us for a meet and greet. He hired that day for 2 weeks of one hour dog walking services and poop scoop services. We sent him a few updates with photos while his parents kept him informed of the daily interactions with his 'girls'. The client returned home several days early from his trip and was shocked to see how the girls left for their walk and gave me kisses when I entered the house. He said he tried several sitters before and the 'girls' would cry and refuse to leave especially if he was present. He said he has never seen them so excited to run out the door with someone and go for a walk. He said he will now travel more and bring them back to Plano for me to walk them while his away on business.
