What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price is based on linear footage. Style, type of wood and special hardware also affect the price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First contact is useful to pick up the initial measurements and to get a rough idea of what the customer is envisioning. Next step is to send the estimate and upon approval, customer is being put in schedule to start building the kitchen. A day or two before start building the kitchen, a second visit will be programmed to make sure the first measurements are correct. You know: measure twice, cut once :Da
