Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. London Lawns & Landscaping has been servicing the Dallas Metroplex since 1990. As a local company, we are responsive and flexible to the needs of our customers. The owner is very active in the everyday operations of the business and returns all phone calls or emails by the end of the day or first thing on the following morning.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. The opportunity to solve problems and please our customers with the results of our efforts. Being in a tangible business, we have the benefit of bringing life to properties as well as protecting their investment from pests.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. 1) How do I control weeds or keep my grass green?
answer: There is no instant fix. We then suggest a program to identify the problem, outline our solution and go about implementing the program if the customer agrees.
2) How much do you charge?
answer: Since every project varies in size, scope, time, difficulty, products used, etc. we usually suggest meeting at the property to prepare a proposal. One constant is that we have a minimum hourly wage for our crew.
