- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I love learning new things all the time. I take classes and go to workshops that help to enhance and continue my knowledge. I read and watch videos from all over to see others creativity and uniqueness. It helps with fresh ideas and keeping you attentive to what others might want. Even the best at their trade can always learn something new from someone at any given time. Learning will always be a great part of me like life.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always enjoyed the memories that photos bring. I would always take pictures of family, friends or whatever I could. I got such good feedback and thought about it growing up. However, I became a single mother and had to work 2-3 jobs to support us. As the years passed, I started getting request to do photography at family, friends and friends of friends weddings, special events, etc. Again, great feedback and more request. Well, I meet a wonderful man and remarried. He knew my dream of becoming a professional. He saw my talent, paid for my classes and supported me fully. Now I am fulfilling my dream!!
