I have a Masters in Communications - Corporate Public Relations and continue my education through relevant networking events, seminars, workshops, books, and digital articles.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask lots of questions and actively listen to the answers. People who know what they are doing are able to teach and explain it clearly. Also, ask for a portfolio, look at the content they create on their own social media networks, and read their blog.
