Rich came to my house and got right to the job of tuning my Wm.Knabe & Co. console piano. He was knowledgeable, informative about what extras need to be done in the future, shared gig stories, and it turns out we know a lot of the same local musicians. He is an excellent musician, and an excellent tuner. I highly recommend him for your piano needs!
