Fluency Corp The Bellieu Method is based on 2nd language acquisition research to get clients truly speaking the language, feeling confident making friends in the language, and managing living in a country that speaks the language. Another key aspect is that no course is the same, because every clients learns differently, has different interests, goals and needs. Languages taught: English, Spanish, French, Japanese and more. We help clients with: -improved FLUENCY - REAL fluency through conversation and practice -slang/idioms -ear training for understanding REAL spoken languages -targeted vocabulary for your needs -business email writing, help with presentations (if needed) -accent reduction (if needed) -outside of class suggestions on how to keep learning in TRUE speaking situations -and more Practice and allowing the client to speak as much as possible in class is how we are so successful with fluency improvement. Listening homework is how we help train our clients' ears to better understand NATIVE speakers of the language. We teach at Google, Samsung, Hitachi, American Airlines and have worked with thousands of individuals who need to improve fluency for various reasons: -get a better job -communicate better with coworkers -communicate better with clients -travel -talk to family members in another country -talk to new in-laws Homework can include: -NETFLIX in the target language (FUN!) -music in the target language for pronunciation -reading interesting books in the target language -reading news and magazines in target language -going to language exchange dinners and gatherings We will teach you what YOU specifically need to know. Micah found a tutor very quickly and even though one tutor dropped out before the classes started, within a few days she had found and interviewed another tutor who has turned out to be fantastic. She travels to our apartment for the classes which are tailored to our preferences and great fun. We have only done 2 classes so far but as it stands I would strongly recommend Fluency Corp.

Let me preface this all by saying my goal for learning a language is to attain mastery such that I can communicate in all aspects of reading, writing, speaking, listening to a level that is comparable of a native speaker (with reasonable exceptions of course). Previously I had attended several in person learning institutions like a community college, a university, and private in-person tutoring to help me get to an intermediate level. So, in researching other alternatives I was hesitant to pursue telecommuted lessons as I was worried there would be aspects that are not adequately or as easily achieved via in-person teaching. Fluency Corp is a fantastic organization that has ameliorated all of these concerns and done so in an exceptional fashion! The teacher I was paired with is incredibly intelligent, very facilitating, and creates graded work that is at my specific learning level. Additionally any issues we encounter in learning is emphasized in future lessons so that I can hammer out the issues I was experiencing. I purchased 100 hours of education and have been thoroughly please with the experience. So much so that I'm actively looking to see if I can help my spouse participate in this process. I would absolutely recommend it to a friend or family member, and even strangers. The only negative concern I have is that "Fluency Corp" sounds like an evil corporation from a movie. It absolutely is not evil, and is a fantastic organization, however the name just has that kind of feeling to me :)

We are so happy that you are satisfied. It is true - lessons on Skype are the same as in person. The effectiveness is in the method, not from being in the same room. Our method is focused on speaking and using the language for real life, and we are so very glad that you agree with us that we are getting you more fluent. We started Spanish lessons with your wife last week, and you are becoming fluent in Japanese for professional reasons... what an international couple! : )

I needed to improve my TOEFL speaking score and researched for private classes that could give me the individual approach that I needed for this task. I knew that general classes of English or large groups of speaking classes wouldn't work for what I needed. I am glad that I chose this company. From the beginning they were effective in assessing my situation. My teacher (Carl Mark) was great!. The classes were always on time. They work with you to set up a class schedule, and are flexible enough to change it if it is necessary. Highly recommend this company to increase your fluency and proficiency when speaking English

Great customer service. I've only taken one class and I was able to learn some words and phrases in just one hour. I feel that I will be successful in learning a second language. Money well spent.......
