- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While our pricing varies based on owner preferences and building specifications, we are sure to remain economical feasible and will work with you on a budget that fits us all. Our base prices start at $80 a cleaning. We commonly offer discounts or free trials, please ask us and we will be happy to let you know if we have any promotions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On an initial call, we will discuss briefly about your building's needs, what PopUp Maids has to offer, as well as a time and date for an in-person or virtual walk through. Once the walk-through and all owner/manager preferences are explored, we will set up a second time and date (typically within 24-48 hours depending on owner's availability) for us to prepare and present our proposal for commercial cleaning services. When everyone comes to a mutually beneficial solution, each of us will sign the Agreement and begin services on the scheduled date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner of PopUp Maids has a Bachelor and Master of Science in Criminal Justice. Her experience in Commercial Cleaning has come from working in her family businesses throughout her lifetime. She has now professionally transformed this practical experience through legally registering PopUp Maids, maintaining a professional membership with The Janitorial Store, and has been certified in Commercial Cleaning and Safety.
