Introduction: We offer: personal training, boxing, kickboxing and boot camps. Resistance training, along with kick-butt cardio boxing/kickboxing, will get you lean. Nutritionist is also available. Personal training costs $20 per 45 minutes to 1 hr, and boot camps are $10 per 30 minutes (10-session min.). Boot camps: Monday and Wednesday at 6 p.m., and Tuesday and Thursday at 6 a.m. Personal training is available anytime, but boot camp times. We have a small studio for one on one, partners and small groups. Sign up today!
