The owner of Gold Start Cleaning, Josh, is an outstanding professional. I have never seen anyone work as hard and with the dedication and determination that he demonstrated. I highly recommend Gold Star Cleaning.
The quality of work was excellent. Josh did an excellent job of cleaning and paid careful attention to breakable things around the house. The cats and dog urined all over my living room carpet and the house smelled horrible, along with stains that the grandkids and put on carpet. Gold Start Cleaning spot cleaned, sanitized, and deodorized my carpeting. Josh was thorough and careful. Phenomenal, Josh even got the bathtub looking brand new. All the hard water and scrum was out of the bath tub. I am not going to scrub anymore! I will hand over my cleaning to Gold Star Cleaning.

I just want to share how thankful i am for your cleaning service. Gold star cleaning came to my house and really shocked me!! i had a whole bunch of horriable dark stains on my carpet i didnt think would ever come out, but they did Josh with Gold Star got out all of the stains and not only that but he showed and told me how to prevent future stains and what to do if it happened again, they also were very nice and went way beyond anything i could ever ask for the price was also amazing everyone else wanted alot. but Josh the owner worked it out and it was a major blessing. i just want to thank you again Gold star for all you did and i am telling all my friends about you.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. I would recommend you ask them about any spot removal guarantees. If they don't have at least a 2 week guarantee on spot removal, I would hire someone else. Some spots are so embedded into the carpet fibers and carpet padding that they reappear within 2 weeks and so it requires a second treatment to remove them.

Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. What I love most about my job is the smiles on our customers faces when we are done. I like that we can get your carpets and tile looking like new again and keeping your house clean for you so you have more time to spend with your family and friends or whatever it is you like to do.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. How long does it take the carpets to dry? It depends on the amount of humidity in the air but most carpets dry in 3-4 hours.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. I stay updated with the newest cleaning products, materials, and techniques. I am also a member of the Pro Cleaner's Network which is a website where people in my industry get together and share cleaning techniques and tips.
