    The locks @ my home in Round Rock ( North Austin Area ) were not working right anymore, I got them replaced by Certified Locksmith ATX . I called for ASAP work order,They came right on time and finished in just an hour to do my entire house! I was so pleased with the service. I will definitely call again for all my key/lock needs! the guy was nice and professional

A. When hiring a locksmith in the Austin Metro area, it's important to look for Licensing as Locksmith businesses in State of Texas is Regulated controlled by DPS Private Security, along with certification in the locksmith trade. Look for the Better Business Bureau rating longer than two years, look for CRL level from the Associated Locksmiths of America.

A. Are you State Lisenced? Are you Bonded and Insured? Are you a certified locksmith, with whom? How long have you been a locksmith in Austin, Texas? Have you proformed this job before ( Describe your job )? How much will the price be when you are done? What methods of payment do you accept? If they don't accept credit cards or checks made out to the locksmith business name, something is not right. Look for the locksmith to provide you with a receipt with their company name and information printed on it - like all other professional businesses.
