Malaga did a great job trimming our hedges and cleaning up the area afterwards. He is very professional in communication and great to work with. We already want to hire him to do more projects and tree removal!

We chose ARLO to remove several dead trees in our backyard. I selected them based on the positive reviews I read. Malagamaalii was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly throughout the tree removal process and we appreciate him taking the time to address our concern. He came at the appointment time and completed the tree removal. We will be using ARLO to replant the trees that died.

Malaga was awesome from beginning to end. We had one 50 ft (27” diameter) tree that had received significant damage in the last two ice storms and rot had made it a question of when, not if, it was coming down. We also had a neighbor’s tree with branches when iced were touching our roof. I added the project and received a call from Malaga in less than a minute. He came an hour later and worked with me to plan out what needed to be done. I got quotes from a few others, but it was evident that Malaga was extremely easy to communicate with, flexible and his quoted price was very reasonable. So I contacted him later that evening and he said he would be there at 9:30am the next morning. He actually was 30 mins early. He and Enrique worked most of the day to complete the job. They did an excellent job in a day, quickly and safely. They cleaned the job site. Did everything Malaga said he would do and did it exactly as we reviewed the day before. Overall what impressed me most about Arlo and Malaga specifically is how much he cares about the customer. Everything he did was to build the customer’s trust. I know he has my trust and without a doubt I will be using Malaga and Arlo again in the not so distant future and I have already passed his name to two friends. Can’t recommend them enough.
