Window cleaning service

Our window washing solution is 100% safe and biodegradable. We clean your windows the old-fashioned way to ensure a quality clean every time. Oasis offers year-round window cleaning service, catering to the needs of homeowners, builders, businesses, management companies, realtors, homeowner associations and apartment buildings.

Using a sponge, and squeegee, windows are cleaned streak free and left spotless. Screens are removed and cleaned, edges and seal tracks are cleaned to detail.

Lawn care & masonry service

- Lawn mowing and edging. We specialize in giving your property a freshly trimmed look.

- Mulch installation and replacement. Flower beds are cleared of any weeds and unwanted plants, weed prevention fabric is installed to prevent weeds from growing, and then mulch is added on top of fabric.

- Sodding. Lawn area is tilled and or a layer of top soil is added and leveled, sod is layed down, a lawn roller is used to cause the roots of the sod to make firm contact with the new soil under the sod. This allows for faster "knitting" of the sods roots into its new soil home.

- Fertilizing. We use only the finest fertilizers to achieve beautiful results.

- Flower beds. Soil is tilled and edging installed, weed prevention fabric is installed to prevent weeds from growing, mulch is then added on top of fabric. Edging can be regular plastic edging or it can be build from brick or rock by one of our masons.

- Weed pulling. Weeds are pulled from the root to prevent them root growing again. Once the lawn is cleared of all weeds, a weed killer formula is sprayed to destroy any rots or seed left within the grass.

- Shrub trimming. Shrubs are neatly trimmed and all debris removed from property.

- Masonry. Retaining walls, patios, paths, walk ways, flower beds, rock or brick walls, etc.

Tree trimming & removal services

We professionally trim and shape trees. Tree branches are safely cut down, and removed from property. All trees will be trimmed away from your home to prevent branches from damaging your gutters and walls during storms.

Branches are safely lowered using ropes and removed the same day, cuts areas on tree are then sealed. Your decks and walks are cleaned of any leaves or debris that have fallen on them as a result of our work.

Gutter cleaning service

Don't hassle with trying to clean your gutters. It can be frustrating, time consuming, and dangerous. We ensure a quality clean every time. Our gutter-friendly ladders do not rest on the gutters or risk damaging them. As always, we guarantee the gutters will be cleared of any debris.

Roof is cleared of any accumulated leaves and debris with a blower. Gutters are cleaned by hand, a bucket is used to collect the debris to keep the areas under the gutters clean. The downspouts are checked at the top and the bottom for clogs, and cleaned out. Your decks and walks are blown of any leaves or debris that have fallen on them as a result of our work.
