I first met Erin at a Phoenix Rising Yoga Program and knew that she had a unique gift. She was authentic, easy to approach and very giving. In december, I gave my daughter the gift of 3 sessions with Erin. The experience was life changing for her. I then went for 2 sessions myself. I experienced deep self awareness, reduction of stress and an overwhelming ability to make positive changes in my life. With full confidence, I have sent many other people to Erin. Each has rated the experience a 10 /10. Erin brings to the mat something intangible that is hard to explain. She is intuitive, compassionate, and incredibly good at what she does. I feel that people of all ages would benefit from a few sessions with Erin. You will not be disappointed and I am sure you will come away from the session with more insight and understanding about yourself. Now when I am thinking about the perfect gift, I consider a session with Erin.

I had three yoga therapy sessions with Erin and I found them to be more enlightening and transformative than any therapy I had ever experienced before. Erin creates a safe space and invites you to use your body to discover what you are feeling right then and there. With Erin’s expert guidance, I went deeper into myself than I had ever been before in my life. I was able to discover desires and feelings hidden inside myself that had been invisible to me but were holding me back in the present. The profound insights I derived from these sessions continue to transform and illuminate my everyday life. I would highly recommend that anyone who is struggling in their life or simply wants to understand themselves better try three sessions with Erin.

Relax and Renew yoga class at 11:30 on Saturday mornings does just what the name implies. I arrive tense and stressed from work and life; I leave emotionally, mentally and physically relaxed. Erin's voice is tremendously soothing. She individualizes for each student based on the person's needs. The atmosphere is calming, clean and supportive. Warning: come once, you might be hooked.
