I do Weddings, Pool side BBQs,Corperate events. I do a Brunch every month for a 100 guest,I do outdoor fish fries and Crawfish boils, Family reunions and graduation parties. I specialize in buffet type catering.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice would be to make sure that you provide all the details in your request for service. Ask for referals and testimonials. Ask for food samples and make sure the samples are going to be the same as they would be at your event.
