- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: Call in & Schedule an appointment. Book directly online or speak directly to our team who will answer all your questions, analyze your plumbing issue and get you the right Licensed Serviceman for your plumbing issue. (For emergencies, please let them know immediately so we can put you on our priority list!) Step 2: Get a Licensed Serviceman you can trust. As soon as we dispatch your licensed serviceman, we will send you a confirmation text along with a picture and a bio of who is coming out to your home. Step 3: Piece of Mind Guarantee Upon arrival, he will perform and full system assessment to ensure we are looking at the entire system not just the minor/major issue that surfaced. Looking at the entire system allows us to offer a Piece of Mind Guarantee on all repairs/replacements we recommend. They will offer 5 options to meet any budget and start fixing the problem on the spot!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Servicemen are licensed plumber through the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners. The plumbing license is only obtainable after a minimum of 2 years of service followed by two State Mandated and regulated tests. To maintain our license, we are required to attend annual continued education for new laws and regulations introduced each year!
