We follow a 5 Step process to clean Carpet Tile and Upholstery 1. We pre treat the Carpet Tile or Upholstery with a chemical free soap free biodegradable cleaner. 2. This step is missed by a lot of cleaners. We agitate the cleaner into the Carpet Tile or Upholstery with a carpet brush or heavy duty scrubber for heavily soiled carpets and grout lines this allows maximum deep clean. 3.Also dwelling TIME is major in cleaning. For better results the longer you let the Cleaner dwell the better results. 4.Besides wearing shoe covers and placing corner guards thoroughly rinsing the Carpet Tile or Upholstery is KEY. Our big truckmount machine allows us to do this with hot Steam water and powerful vacuum suction. 5. Dry time is important to customers. Don't ask me why most cleaner miss this step oh yeah laziness. Dry stroke passes and also with the help with some air movers we move around while we are cleaning your Carpet Tile or Upholstery will speed up the dry time.
