- What types of customers have you worked with?
Move outs, and people trying to get their pet deposits back on rentals. Odor control, taking care of pet problems is my specialty. I also handle flood damage, I know this from doing water mitigation 28 yrs, and 3.5 yrs as a insurance adjuster paying on actual losses. I hope to develop a relationship with the home owner, where they will always call me back to maintain their homes or rental properties. I'm always willing to answer questions and educate my customers from a cleaning stand point, from having been a insurance adjuster. I can help with the difficult jobs, and often fix problems other companies can't touch.Thanks, Mark T.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There are so many companies that are fly by night, here today, and gone tomorrow. You want to make sure the company that comes into your home is a true proffesional, certified, insured, and reliable. Indeed, it is your home we are talking about, and you don't just want anyone in your home. The tech coming to your home should be able to answer any and all questions from the home owner, with ease. I promise, that I will make you feel comfortable in talking to me on the phone, and in person. There is no pressure with me. I walk the property with you before, and after to make sure you are happy.
