Upfront Carpet Care did a wonderful job! The associate that came to clean the carpet was very friendly and accommodating. They called to see if we needed an earlier appointment due to a cancelation. Not only was the service outstanding but our carpet was beautifully cleaned. The technician was very knowledgable as well, he answered all of my questions and with a smile. I highly recommend UpFront Carpet Care to anyone seeking a friendly, knowledgable company who does an above satisfactory job.

Undependable equipment, broken machine left us without service as agreed. Took time off work and waited all day. I decided to pay a little more and go with a reputable, proven company.

Our equipment is generally dependable its a hose that went to it that was the problem. We use brand new truck mounts to perform services but there will always be problems with other aspects of the equipment. I apologize for us not being able to get you taken care of at your selected appointment time but we did make every effort to get to your home and were even heading to you to get you taken care of as soon as we could but you had already contracted another company which is understandable.

I accepted this company's reasonable quote for services and was told that they would be able to clean between 10-12 yesterday. Received a call at 10:15 to inform me that they were running late & would be there between 1-1:30pm. 3pm & no cleaners & no call, so I called them; I was told they would be there in 45min due to traffic. 1hr later no show & no call. Called them again, no answer. My husband called them from his phone & they answered but promptly hung up on him. He called back & found out they were only a few miles away, but yet were blaming traffic (not much traffic on the road they were claiming to be on). Ultimately, they NEVER showed up & no call to apologize or explain. One of the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. Very UNPROFESSIONAL! Don't waste your day waiting for them.

We spoke with this customer throughout the day and were running behind excuse of a broken hose on the machine. The last time we spoke with them the husband began to use vulgar language which was entirely uncalled for.

Upfront carpet care should be renamed I Got Fronted Carpet Care. these guys never showed or called after scheduling an appointment. I tried contacting them but after numerous attempts I gave up..and so should you..Dont waste your time
