Warren spent hours discussing my needs and possible options. He took the time to answer each question. I never felt rushed. He also priced out a few options so that I could make an informed decision on value and composite vs redwood. I was thrilled to hire Paradise Decks and Spa’s to complete my deck and arbor. We interviewed a few companies to get our patio cover done since I was apprehensive about spending a lot of money and getting something that I didn't like. The was going to be a major addition and wanted it to match the lines of the house and not look cheap. The end product exceeded my expectations. During the design phase, they were patient with my questions and knowledgable about what could be done and what couldn't. The process was fully explained so I knew exactly what was going to happen and when. The posts and beams they used were thicker than I expected giving the cover a stout look. The workmanship looks good and I'm confident it won't blow over in a Texas storm. The only issues I had were a broken landscape light and a change to the design that was included in the original quote, but didn't carry over with the new design. I would have had to pay extra. In hindsight I should've properly documented it but my request was known from day one. Now to get this thing painted and stained along with my deck!
