Perfection is my humble way of describing Lone Star Remodeling And Renovations and the quality of work. However, way better than this has been the interaction between you, Mr. Bravo, Robert and the crew. If there was an Oscar equivalent for construction companies, y'all would be repeat winners.

Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Bathroom Remodeling, Kitchen Remodeling, Room Additions, Window Replacement, Siding Replacement, and Whole Home Renovation

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Ask for a copy of their insurance and license information. If they hesitate in any way, just ask them to leave.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Just because a "remodeler" says he is licensed and insured doesn't make it so. Unfortunately there are many contractors that will operate without a license.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Have a focused idea of what area of your home you would like remodeled. A lot of times we visit people's homes and they are not sure on exactly what they want remodeled. If you want the kitchen of your dreams, then we can focus on making that a reality.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. We love improving both the aesthetics and efficiency of homes in our community.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Potential clients usually have many questions about remodeling from hiring a remodeling contractor to pricing. That is why we wrote the "Homeowner's Guide to Remodeling". You can get a copy on our website or by calling us.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. We attend continuing education courses from the national association of the remodeling industry.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. Go to work for a well known remodeling company and learn everything from the ground up. Take courses with the National Association of the Remodeling Industry to learn how to properly run a remodeling firm.
