I needed my deck cleaned and restained/repainted. Art (and Josh) was extremely prompt with communication to set up a meet for the estimate, provided excellent guidance on services needed, showed up on agreed upon times, and did a great job. They also responded and followed up for some finish work promptly and professionally. I would recommend this company for any of the professional services they offer. I highly recommend. Hired true view for a staining project ( fence and deck ) Art responded within a few hours of my request on thumbtack and was nothing short of professional throughout the entire process. Project was completed start to finish in one day and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work. I will definitely hire them again for any future projects. Customer service is top notch. Art was great. He came out. Quoted me a set price for the washing. I appreciated his patience. I told him I had teo more quote meetings. He said no problem. He also mentioned the do deck staining too since he knee I was going to need it. Upon deciding I asl ifhe would price match he see yea. And I offered him the job. They pressure washed my deck one day and stained it the next. Till this day I am amazed at what a great job they did!! Thanks Art!!! I wish I could at pics

Art Medellin with True View Window Cleaning & Home Services responded quickly with my request of cleaning & staining my deck. The deck was power washed clean to a like new condition. Art then returned after the deck had sufficient time to dry and sanded rough areas of old deck stain and wood to prepare for staining later that same day. Staining was completed the next day. Art also returned 2 days later to touch up areas where the wood soaked up more stain. Art's estimate was rock steady and no additional costs were needed to complete the job. My in-laws were so impressed with Art's professionalism and work, that he clean and stained their deck, power washed driveway, and cleaned covered patio sky lights all on a Saturday. I will not hesitate in calling or recommending Art for future jobs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is designed to make any job affordable. It is 100 percent customizable. For instance widow jobs are priced per window Gutter jobs are priced by linear foot Pressure wash jobs are priced by square foot.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always have a great work ethic and make sure to explain everything that we are doing to the clients home/business. We also conduct a pre walk through and a final walk through so we know that we went above and beyond for our clients And last but not least we always educate our clients with any of our services that we offer. That way they are always in the loop of of our performance.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At True View all of our service technicians have no less that 5 years of experience. We also practice OSHA safety requirements to protect ourselves and your home/business.
