There aren't enough great things to say about Chris. As a woman, I dislike the process of hiring someone to repair things that I don't understand or can't follow-up on the work that was performed. I put blind faith in Chris when I hired him and he has never disappointed me. I've never had a problem with his work and I'm certainly very pleased with his pricing. Since he doesn't work for a large company, he doesn't have to charge all the large overhead fees. I'm able to have more things in my home repaired because he is so affordable. Here is an instance that shows Chris' work ethic: During the severe cold spell we had in early February, I awoke to a very cold house. I figured it was the pilot light as it had gone out once before. I called Chris that morning to see if he was available to relight it for me. Within a few hours, he was here and climbing into the attic. He discovered a serious issue with my furnace that would have been disastrous had it gone on unchecked. I'm so thankful he was here. He wants to do the job right the *first* time and I've never doubted the quality of his work. Please consider using him for future projects on your home. He fixes little and big things--I never hesitate to call him for anything! p.s. He also has a great aesthetic eye. I was brave enough to let him (a man no less!) pick the color for my front door because I couldn't decide. It's BEAUTIFUL, I couldn't be happier, and I've gotten many compliments on the color. :) Thanks Chris!!!!

November 30, 2011 Chris is a great guy and definitely a very handyman, i have had several people fix things and have never been 100% satisfied. With Chris he has always done a fantastic job, i am so grateful to have found a wonderful handyman. We will use him as long as we have things to be worked on, he has a great and sweet personality always in a good mood and i trust him to leave him in my home alone if i have to go run errands. I highly recommend him, even my husband is so grateful for him (no more honey do lists for him)!

I'm fair! Either I price a specific job or we agree on an hourly rate, sometimes owners want more done once they get to know me and things can change.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
most importanly...we need to trust one another...rest assured you will be taken care of.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Of course I read alot...also studying for 2 TX state licenses.
