Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Roofing, remodeling, decks, privecy & chainlink fences. Well anything made of wood i can build it. Painting, all kinds of texture, presure washing.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. There is no one like me i am to honest. For example: we did a job and there were extras, but i did not add all the extras, insted of makeing a big deal about it, i ate it, and it was about 800. 00.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. No. I cant give out any secrets, if i do, than anyone could do it.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Have all the details ready, or they can call me or email me and i can go to there house and for a small fee i will help them figure everything out.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I named my co. stout builders, because i build things to last. I build things the right way, no cutting corners, no short cuts.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. The look on a custamers face when we are finished. Its the looked of satisfaction, joy, and disbelief, and that we get to travel, and that we are never in one place to long.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. are you the one that does the work or do i sub it out? and i say, I'm the one that hand picks all the materials, i do all the cuts, i do all measureing. i am on the job from start to finish.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. We did a total restoration of a house, and we were there for about a yr. And for christmas the owner of the home gave me a christmas bones of 2000. 00 and told me it was all mine. But i shared it with my employees.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. About how hard it is, both mentally and physically. How mush time it takes to prepare for a job. And ass a boss you have to stay two to three steps ahead of every one else.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. it came to me naturally. I've done other things but came back to what i do best. when i was in school takeing wood shop, i was the one who ran the class, and showed all the other students how to use the machines. i am very, very good at what i do, and that you can take to the bank.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. We did a stone stamp cement patio with black rodiorn rails with a small gate. We added three steps and two hand rails. The stone stamps were a brown and light tan we let it sit for a day and then added a seal coat

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Just word of mouth, and we share ideas between contractors.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. Becareful, because there is alot of cut throuts out there. There are alot of co. That use ellegals to do there work, and now ellegals are starting to do there owen bids. And are steeling our work.
