- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1. Company policy requires payment before we begin work 2. We charge per room/bathrooms 3. Multiple level homes may have an additional charge 4. Homes with pets have an additional charge 5. There is a $50 rescheduling fee 6. There is a $50 cancelation fee 6. If job is within 12 hrs there will be a $44 fee
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find out how many rooms and baths they have in their home, as well as 1 or 2 story and if they have kids or pets. Then I find out what exactly it is that they are needing and based on that I'll send a quote and once a date and time are set I mark it on my calendar!

Over 10 years of house cleaning along with a very strict mom with high standards.
