Jeff's team at Newport Construction was awesome! From the first time we met Jeff for a bid on a metal roof replacement until the job was finished he and his team were there when he said they would be did an outstanding job on the roof, would definitely use his services again and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a top notch construction team. I do not have any suggestions on improvement his team did a wonderful job. As we are remodeling a home to move back to the area will sure keep him in mind for future projects. Jeff came in and did a job that needed to be done in a hurry. Something had dug a hole in my garage roof that we noticed on Thursday. He came out and gave an estimate on Friday that was about half the cost of another company. There was to be rain the next Tuesday. He had his crew come in Tuesday morning and get the job done before the rain started. Very good.

Jeff was on time, professional, gave appropriate advice about the installation of rain gutters and he added extras at no charge. The bid was lower than most others received. The work was well done in less than an hour on the day stipulated. The installer was courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple and many times we depend on the insurance scope of damage and pricing as a part of our contracts. We seldom do complicated estimates.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. We are members of the NRCA and attend at least 2 seminars per year to stay atuned to all changes taking place in our industry.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I did so after serving 20 years in the insurance business. I found that storm related claims was an interesting aspect of homeowners and decided that helping in the construction end of the claims was most rewarding to me and my customers.
