- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I feel I was given a great gift when the owner of Convention Coordinators hired me back in 1995 and taught me how to work with convention groups. Recently I was given the opportunity to "give back", serving on the executive committee for a non-profit group working gratis in the production of their convention.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find someone who really listens to what you want and understands how to give you options and will bend over backwards to give you what you expect. Find a provider who when consideing your guests you can trust that every effort will be made to accomodate their every need so you can rest assured your guests will be pampered and cared for...in other words, find a provider who can make your guests feel special for being there. Find someone with a proven, track-record & you trust that they will not only deliver, but will go the extra mile every time.
