- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The time starts upon my arrival and ends upon departure. The only exception is if I am running an errand for the client, in which case, I am still on the clock. All breaks are deducted from the total time. If supplies are required or requested, these will be submitted for reimbursement with the final invoice. In some situations, a trip fee may be necessary. The client will be notified of any required fees prior to the service being performed. ** I also offer military discounts and senior discounts **
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For Organizing Projects: I prefer to set up an in-home consultation when possible, especially for large jobs. During an in-home consultation, I will go to the client's home to assess the project and discuss everything related to the project with the client in person. I will provide the client with an estimated financial responsibility and answer any questions they might have. There is no obligation to purchase my service and clients are not required to make an immediate decision. I encourage everyone to take as much time as you need to decide. If the client decides that my service is right for them, then for small jobs, we schedule the visit. For large jobs that require multiple visits, the next step is to begin planning. This can be done by appointment, either over the phone or in person, and can be done on the same day that work is scheduled to begin, or can be scheduled separately prior to the start date. We will have an in-depth discussion about everything related to the project, such as goals and visions for the space, any supplies that will be needed to complete the project, the projected timeline for completion, and the degree to which the client would like to be involved. If multiple visits are required to complete the project, we will schedule these visits accordingly. For Packing Projects: Packing doesn't necessarily require as much pre-planning as organizing jobs. If the client would like for me to provide packing supplies, sometimes it's necessary for me to assess the items and/or spaces that need to be packed prior to purchasing supplies but if this isn't possible, then that's okay. We'll make it work no matter what. I work between the hours of 9 am and 10 pm. There is no maximum amount of hours per day as long as the hours fall within this time frame. Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently working on my degree in Interior Design. In addition to that, I apply my natural ability to see the potential in any space combined with 12 years of solid working experience. I am happy to provide references for the excellence of my work upon request.
