I contracted with this service for a birthday party on June 4, from 8pm - 11pm. I was kinda disappointed when I saw that they were just arriving at less that 10 minutes before 8 because I felt they were not going to be ready in time. They were finally ready just before 8:30. I didn't make a big deal about it or say anything either because I had guests to attend to and wasn't going to create a possible scene. I paid for 3 hours but only got 2.5. Not cheap. And for some reason, some of the prints came out great while others not so much. All in all, my guests had fun and it was quite literally a hit.
