- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on an hourly rate and disposal fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally, we set up a free estimate with the customer. We like to meet with the customer face-to-face but sometimes can provide a quote without meeting the customer. We are paperless and send the estimate via email or text. Customers can accept the estimate via email or phone. Once accepted, we perform the work. When the customer is satisfied with the work, we collect payment. We never ask for payment up front.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Scott Ford is an ISA Certified Arborist. He is also Oak Wilt Qualified and Tree Risk Assessment Qualified. We have additional ISA Certified Arborists and Plant Healthcare Technicians on staff. All our crews are trained in the latest methods and standards and attend annual training and safety workshops.
