Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Be careful of techs that do it part time. They are here today and gone tomorrow. There are many people that say they can fix computers, but not many can do it well. The techs at SoloComputers.com have over 20 years of combined experience.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. There are many scams out there. Viruses, spyware, malware and more. If you don't know who you are talking too, don't give them any money.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. How many computers have you fixed?
Do you know hardware?
Do you know software?
Can you setup networks?

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Do not give your credit card to anybody you have never heard of online. You probably have a virus. Go to an established business for professional help, and since we are professionals and have the best prices, you should come to us and we will help you protect your credit card information.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. That we can help everyone with all of their IT needs at a good price. Many times our customers look us up after the have dealt with other computer companies, even very large national companies and then find out that we are better and cheaper than all of them. Makes us feel real good when people tell us "we had many people look at this problem, but none could fix it. How did you do it?" :)
