Zenergy Wellness Massage Therapy in San Antonio, Texas offers massage therapy, including chair massage, couples massage, and various therapeutic modalities.

We also offer in-home yoga instruction, Nikken wellness products, Protandim anti-aging supplements, and Doterra essential oils. Through passion for natural healing, Zenergy Wellness was born, and we will continue our commitment to improve the quality of life for each individual client.

Massage
It includes Swedish, deep tissue, couples massage, chair massage, aromatherapy, hot stone, sports massage, stretching/range of motion massage, and cranial sacral, and if you don't see what you're looking for, you are welcome to call us and ask; we may be able to refer you to a therapist that is right for you.

Chair Massage
Looking for something unique to add a special touch to an event or office setting? Consider hiring our on-site chair massage therapists available for your corporate event, office, health fair, or party!

Rate is $60 per hour and per therapist or $1 per minute (with a $60 minimum).

We bring the massage chairs, music, and all supplies. The only thing we need is a small space to set up in, and we're ready to start massaging!

Chair Massage for Events/Conventions
Zenergy Wellness will provide on-site chair massage at conventions, promotional events, health fairs, seminars, ceremonies, and more. Chair massage is an excellent way to attract attention to your company's booth or table. You can request that our massage therapists wear your company's color, or you can provide therapists with shirts to match your company's theme or to showcase your company logo.

Office Chair Massage/Corporate Chair Massage
Chair massage is a great way to reward stressed out employees in the workplace and increase productivity at the same time. Some companies choose to pay for chair massage for their employees, while other companies will arrange for the chair massage service and have their employees pay as they go. Either way, all will enjoy this added bonus to their day!

Chair Massage for Parties or Holiday Celebrations
Treat your party guests to a moment of relaxation. The holidays are coming up, and what better way to treat people than a chair massage for your holiday party or event! We are available for most parties with some advance notice. A 10-15-minute chair massage can make a big difference in a person's day! We're available for birthday parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, holiday parties, and more.

In-Home Hatha Yoga Instruction
Hatha yoga sessions are available at your home or office by appointment. Yoga is a fun and active way to improve your flexibility and overall stamina through gentle stretching and strengthening exercises. With private yoga instruction from Zenergy Wellness, the instructor will teach you the yoga poses in a relaxed environment, which will allow you to flow safely from one pose to the next without wondering if you are doing things correctly. Please feel free to give us a call with any questions you may have.

Yoga is incredible for well-being and will often improve your quality of life. If you have questions or want to structure a class in a particular way, we are flexible, so let us know!

We are currently offering beginners and intermediate classes.

- 60-minute private session: $40
- 90-minute private session: $60

One to four students may split their session at no additional cost, but there will be a charge $5 per person thereafter.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. When looking to hire massage therapists, you want to make sure that you are getting the entire package, not just a few pieces of the puzzle. You want to look for massage therapists that are state licensed, fully insured, have a professional look (especially when hiring chair massage therapists for events or workplace), positive attitudes, and good ratings or references. Zenergy Wellness Massage Therapists are screened and meet all the criteria mentioned above.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. I wish that employers realized how much their employees/team members feel appreciated when the company hires chair massage therapists for the workplace. The team members always get up from their 5-15min massages feeling relaxed and ready to get back to work (studies show massage increases productivity!) They often mention how much they like their company because they are treated to such things as chair massage. I can only imagine if more employers understood how much chair massage can increase morale among their employees they would look into hiring our company or similar to come in on a regular basis or at least for special events.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. When contacting a massage company/massage therapist, a consumer should explain what type of massage they are looking for or what is going on with their own body at the time of the call. For example, are you, the consumer, experiencing any pain? Are you an athlete looking for a sports massage? Are you experiencing a lot of stress and simply needing a relaxation massage to calm the mind and relax the body? For chair massage inquiries, you should let the massage company know how many employees you would like massaged and in what time frame. You can also ask for an email containing insurance and licensing information on all therapists involved.
